YOGA

Introduction

Yoga originated in India over 5,000 years ago. The benefits of Yoga are delayed ageing, a notable relish for life and energy levels.

Yoga

Yoga can increase one’s flexibility, as there are various Yoga positions that act on the joints in the body including those joints that are seldom exercised. Yoga also enhances the lubrication of the joints, ligaments and tendons because the well-researched Yoga positions work out on different ligaments and tendons of the body. Yoga is assumed to be the only thing that massages all the internal organs and glands of the body systematically including the prostate, which barely gets stimulated externally. Yoga synchronizes the mind with the body, which provides quantum benefits. Yoga and meditation collaborate to attain a general goal, which is the unity of the mind, body, and spirit, all creating an everlasting pleasure. Yoga changes an individual's perspective about life.

Yoga poses are also useful in curing disorders such as eating disorder, bipolar disorders, asthma, seizures, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels; and encourages weight loss. Yoga practice is also advantageous to pregnant women. Yoga meditation is one of the five principles of yoga. Yoga postures serve not only to tone, stretch, and strengthen the body, they also invigorate our vital organs. Yoga is shown to build muscles, increase strength and flexibility, help shed excess fat, boost energy, flush toxins fro. Yoga workouts offer not only the benefits of increased flexibility and muscle strength, but of relaxation as well.

Conclusion

Yoga is unmatched by any other exercise. The benefits of yoga are many. Yoga is a study of the Self that aligns body, mind, and spirit bringing health, wisdom, and peaceful living.
